I had my vehicle serviced at VW Lookers Scotswood last week. I had mentioned when I first arrived that I was hoping to be able to pick the car up earlier than planned. I was impressed that Lookers were able to accommodate my request and picked the car up at the time I had hoped , great customer service.

All I had to do was hand over the car key at my front door and receive it back when my car was returned. The collectors and deliverers were pleasant, polite and absolutely charming. The service process via email was smooth and comprehensive. Excellent.

My overall experience was the best car buying I have had. Professional, uncomplicated and helpful at every point of the car buying experience! Would highly recommend to anyone else.

I found both Gavin and Keiran to be extremely helpful. Gavin spent a lot of time initially with me when I first visited the dealership in February 22 running through the information available at that time about the new T-Roc and certainly helped me to pick the colour which I absolutely love. On the 1st day that orders could be taken, he again dealt with me and after discussing options I felt happy to order the vehicle. Keiran has dealt with me since then providing regular video updates about the car and both were present when the car was unveiled at handover. Keiran talked me through the controls until I was happy to drive away and has been in contact since then to check that everything was ok and to offer any further assistance should I need it.
