Looking back at the first interaction I am disappointed that I was not made fully aware of the build specification of the Tiguan and now regret taking some of the options taken. Three months down the line a different member of staff took over my purchase however whilst he was very good it was too late to change the specifications.You need to ensure all options/changes are fully discussed to allow the purchaser to make an informed decision

Michael Cunningham was friendly, knowledgeable about the car I was purchasing and not pushy for a sale. He did everything I asked for and nothing was a bother even when I needed to bring it back to get a couple things fixed that was missed at the time of purchase.All the staff were very pleasant at the Scotswood Road branch and would highly recommend them to others.
