The whole experience from booking to picking up up the car after the service/mot was very great.

Given the long wait due to supply chain issues & the war in Ukraine the communications from the dealership & sales adviser were excellent.

This is the second new car I have bought from Lookers Newcastle and one of the reasons was the helpfulness of all the staff I have encountered. Unlike other dealerships who told me what I should have and the extras I needed, Lookers Newcastle found out what I wanted and put together a package accordingly. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction and I was kept up to date with the build progress of the car.

I am so pleased Michael picked up the phone when I called to enquire about a T-Cross you had advertised online. He was very kind, patient and helpful and has probably been the only salesman to ever give us outstanding after purchase care too. The ladies we spoke to on reception (Nicola and I’m sorry I can’t remember the other ladies name!) were always really cheerful and really helpful. Thank you for making our experience a great one.
