Very pleased with the service I received. Staff were very friendly and informative. Staff kept me up to date with the work which was carried out and also explained why the warning light on the dashboard had appeared. This was then rectified.

Problem with noise not resolved unfortunately. Car returned washed on the outside but not vacuumed (not sure what the policy is - car used to be fully valeted at BMW). Fingerprints on fascia and windscreen post service.
