The customer service from Jane Skelton was exceptional. I was in a very difficult situation with my car having a stuck electronic hand brake and an imminent bodywork repair at another garage and MOT almost due. She listened to my predicament and managed to fit me in despite the garage being very busy. Her communication on the status of the repair was always timely and accurate. When the repair/replacement didn't go to plan, she made sure I was not inconvenienced by cost or completion and the offer to drive the car to the bodywork repair garage to retain that slot was a great boost to me. It is rare to have such good customer service nowadays. One very happy customer. Many thanks.

There’s room for improvement on the centralised booking system. Online system only allows routine servicing, doesn’t allow for diagnostics / unscheduled inspections or repairs. 📺 home booking line often drops off and booking assistant often just puts it through to the dealership. Better and quicker to speak to the service team at the dealership directly as they are more knowledgeable and helpful.
