There’s room for improvement on the centralised booking system. Online system only allows routine servicing, doesn’t allow for diagnostics / unscheduled inspections or repairs. 📺 home booking line often drops off and booking assistant often just puts it through to the dealership. Better and quicker to speak to the service team at the dealership directly as they are more knowledgeable and helpful.

I was given a booking slot of 9:15am, when I rang at 12:30 for a progress report work hadn't even started on my vehicle. Work didn't start on my vehicle until after 3:00pm, I received a call at 4:00pm to say work was complete. What's the point of having a booking slot if priority is then given to customers who choose to wait for their vehicles.

Great teamwork, and a very professional approach by Gavin and Lauryn, kept up to date with all developments, very satisfied with the customers service, thank you.
