Only thing I was disappointed with was I shook the sales manager Simons hand on the agreement that I had a full tank of petrol and the payments under what I wanted to pay, payments I was happy with although I only had a quarter of a tank of petrol

We walked in without an appointment and were very well looked after by Keiran Small. We were offered to test drive the new ID5 and we loved it. We have had the opportunity to source a new ID5 via a leasing scheme through work, so Keiran's help was fundamental in our decision. We would like to thank him for his help and we can't wait to get our new VW.

£ 20 for fuel when it was already in car

Some inconvenience as there was no car mats in car which were promised however Jonathan was very polite, professional and accommodating and sorting this for us as best he could. I would happily buy a car with him again.

Second car purchased from dealership, initially my experience this time round was fine it was the experience after I had collected my car that was a problem. There were two scratches left on the front of the car that had not been fixed even though it had been dealt with by the body shop. The front registration was also not attached properly. After a few days of having the car I noticed the wiper had left a mark on the front windscreen that would not come off. I mentioned this when I brought the car back for the scratches and reg to be fixed. When I collected my car I noticed the marks were still on, when I asked Phil why this was he said ‘ah that’s just some wear and tear’ I said the marks were not there when I got the car, you could see they were left from the wipers. He then went and got his manger who said a guy who deals with windscreens could have a look at it and he often comes to the dealership. I brought the car back again for this to be fixed and it was. If I had not queried this I was clearly going to be ‘fobbed off’ by this. Should this not have been picked up before I collected my car, I should have been called and said it should have been booked in again for the screen fixed? Not great having to bring a car back twice once purchased, never had this issue first time around. Have also been told I would receive some mats once a used golf comes in, still yet to receive.

I had just paid a payment off the car I owned before handing it back and getting my new vehicle put the payment had not been processed yet so I am still waiting to get it back.

Great all round service from staff.
