The sales executive we dealt with, Jonathan Birkett, was really great. He was clear and helpful and importantly put us at ease and didn’t push anything on us we didn’t want which was a welcome change from other dealerships we’d been to! There was a small issue with the car when we picked it up which he and his manager went out of their way to deal with very promptly and causing minimal inconvenience to us. We found the whole experience great from start to finish.
