I was surprised by the initial phone call from your sales team as my car is only just 1 year old. However, I thought what have I got to lose. 1 hour of my life! I was even more surprised to.learn that it would cost me an extra £160 pcm in a like for like upgrade. In the present economic climate, how many people can afford that?

Very helpful and friendly staff. Due to the long distance from my home to the garage, staff got the parts required for the repair from another garage which meant the repair was able to be carried out in one day. Much appreciated 😊
