The cost of repairing the fault in my car would have been too expensive to be worthwhile. This was of course a disappointment, but the Service staff took the trouble to explain carefully all possible courses of action, and then passed me on seamlessly to the Sales staff so that I could look for a replacement.

I found from browsing the showroom to picking up my car was an overall excellent experience,one I have told several people about and I must mention your sales executive Steve Ineson who was brilliant throughout.regards,tom

Great garage and staff! I've bought my last 2 cars here, since being converted from a Fiesta driver. I've bought Ford cars for many years, but now I've had a VW Polo... they are my new favourite! I had fantastic service from Scott Blenkinsopp, who was extremely helpful during the whole process... and would be my go to person next time myself or one of the family are needing a new VW car. 10/10 for Scott's service. :)

I had my vehicle serviced at VW Lookers Scotswood last week.I had mentioned when I first arrived that I was hoping to be able to pick the car up earlier than planned. I was impressed that Lookers were able to accommodate my request and picked the car up at the time I had hoped , great customer service.
