Very good in-person customer service.

The experience was professional and efficient from start to finish: booking by phone, dropping off the car, updates while the car was with you, and collecting the car were all really well handled and focussed on the customer (me) with friendly, relaxed but focussed and confident attention. The way I was greeted and helped by Jane, the service assistant was really positive: equally other staff.

Chris Todd was very helpful in arranging a test drive of the ID3 and outlining the pros and cons of ownership. We were looking for an up to date electric alternative to the golf but were disappointed in the perceived quality of the trim and hence value for money of the ID3.

Lease car so would be useful for these vehicles to have suggested work issued to lease company for approval/review as had to call to request.
