Amazing customer service as usual, all the team at VW Newcastle are super helpful and friendly especially the service advisors! Thanks to the help of Claire Johnson I managed to get the issues I was having sorted out more or less straight away! I have spoken to Claire a few times now and she has always gone the extra mile and been a great help! Claire kept me updated during the whole process from giving me her personal advice to answering all of my questions! She’s been a great help from start to finish! Thanks again, Nathan B
