Having dealt with this dealership in the past, I was a little disappointed in the after sales this time round. I was informed when I collected the vehicle off a manager and the sales executive that I would be given a new drivers floor mat which was missing. This has not been fulfilled despite chasing a couple of times.

Buying was great, Dave Armour was the chap. A follow up query was handled poorly by servicing/fixing dept, not Dave. A one minute job and the car has to be in all day ( " as we may order the wrong part " ) alongside another few minute job. This bearing in mind you know the registration and I told you what was required etc. You really need to get a small group activity going here to improve what is a terrible service. Simply get a few members of your team ( SGA ) to sit meeting for a few times prior to what will be a simple way of improving an unacceptable method you have at present. Simply the worst thing about main dealers is the booking in system for minor issues.

A free battery charge and check up is excellent service. And because the battery problem was found under warranty the curtesy car was also free and much appreciated. the girl who looked after us was a credit to your organisation

Lisa made looking for a new car, a walk in the park. Our customer journey could not have been better. When dealing with Lisa, we didn’t feel like a client or “another sale”, she made us feel like we had known her forever. She is so warm and welcoming, has the most amazing, positive aura to be around. Definitely one of the nicest people we have ever met. The whole team were welcoming and good chat around the building. If I’m looking for a car next and I want to be guaranteed excellent service and a brilliant range of choice, I will go to VW Scotswood every time. I cannot thank Lisa enough for the short amount of time she worked with us, 2/3 weeks after getting my car, she has left an positive mark on us all.
