I went to the dealership as I had an issue with my vehicle.On arriving at the service desk I was met by Rachel who quickly booked my vehicle in to be inspected.I arrived on the date given and was met by Rachel. Rachel kept me updated over the course of the day. The work was carried out and Rachel contact myself to advise that my vehicle was ready to be collected.All in all a good service, in my opinion Rachel is a credit to yourselves, very polite, knowledgeable, makes you feel welcome, explains the whole process 10 out of 10

On the report the depth of tread on the spare wheel was not given. The reason was that the boot was full. The boot was in fact completely empty! So not sure why he did not report the status.Since covid I assume that the vehicle is not washed or vacuumed any more?
