Excellent service from walking through the door to returning home with our car. Michael C. at VW Lookers Scotswood Road branch made the experience stress free and as smooth as possible. Very attentive in going through suitable options and keeping us up-to-date with everything. Exceptional customer service skills. Our car was transported safely from another branch and absolutely spotless. Highly recommend this branch as all staff have been amazing!

Service was fine person I deal with was great just bit disappointed that a quality brand didn’t fully clean and hover car and still have plastic that was on seats and steering wheel in car
