Staff are very good but apps saying you can follow progress of vehicle are useless.Car was delivered to dealership at 9am but not ready until 4pm after I had made a phone call to find out whether car was ready.

Scott Blenkinsop was brilliant throughout the process of purchasing out T-Roc. He was very friendly and approachable while we explored all our options. Most importantly, we never felt pressured into the purchase, and he kept contact with us while we were waiting for the delivery.
