Unfortunately, after the visit for a s/w upgrade my ID.3 does not have an Internet connection. This problem is ongoing and I am awaiting a response from the 'We Connect' support department.

Very happy that your service team managed to fit me in for an m.o.t. At short notice….all because I lost track of my m.o.t. expiry date. Btw, the answer to Q3 is no because the car has just had a service so there was no need for another. And I was in a hurry so they didn’t have time to do one in any case.

disappointing that the car was not offered a wash and spruce up, this maybe a thing of the past but always nice to have it returned after a service in showroom condition.
