James was absolutely fabulous from our first meeting. But I can buy a Seat Arona or Ateca with more extras for the same price as a tcross or troc. So I am pursuing that option at the minute.

Customer Service rep Claire was excellent Yarbrough kept me in touch through lout the day as to progress on the service if my car. Particularly important as main road was to be closed for the Great North Run.

Would like to say Lisa was fantastic from start to finish we have a young baby so was tricky finding the time to sort out a new car and she made it all easy and smooth highly recommend we simply love our new car and the experience with VW Lookers! :)
