Rachel kept me advised about progress of the service of my car and was very helpful explaining in detail the work advised and cost. She arranged for work to be done the same day. She told me about VW All-in good deal which I did not know about previously and arranged the plan for my vehicle.

Amazing service by scotswood road branch of vw, couldn’t have been more helpful. Only thing I was disappointed with was I shook the sales manager Simons hand on the agreement that I had a full tank of petrol and the payments under what I wanted to pay, payments I was happy with although I only had a quarter of a tank of petrol
