The work on the car was left too late in the day to allow for any remedial work to be done on the day of the service. When you have a car from 8.30am it should not just be put to the back of the queue just because you have it booked in all day.

I have given a 5 for Q4 as your questions are misleading. They are designed to make you look good for offering expensive extras designed mainly to increase your margins. Extras were offered but obvs not required. David Armour was professional and adapted his approach to suit my needs. Tbh I knew what I wanted. He was not pushy at all, which goes as long way. I might have negotiated a better deal. David should have been given the authitory to agree without the fake calls to his dect phone. He did everything required. Had to ask for a parcel shelf. Overall very happy. I'd come back. Ps your fiance rates are very high. You'd get more customers if you considered this, except for those with a v poor credit rating.
