I am always blown away by the Customer Service at Lookers Scotswood Road. Their Customer Service is unrivalled and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They offer something that I have never received at any other dealership - I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I was surprised by the initial phone call from your sales team as my car is only just 1 year old.However, I thought what have I got to lose. 1 hour of my life!I was even more surprised to.learn that it would cost me an extra £160 pcm in a like for like upgrade. In the present economic climate, how many people can afford that?
