Very helpful and friendly staff. Due to the long distance from my home to the garage, staff got the parts required for the repair from another garage which meant the repair was able to be carried out in one day. Much appreciated 😊

The experience was professional and efficient from start to finish: booking by phone, dropping off the car, updates while the car was with you, and collecting the car were all really well handled and focussed on the customer (me) with friendly, relaxed but focussed and confident attention. The way I was greeted and helped by Jane, the service assistant was really positive: equally other staff.
