Found my Scirocco online and sent an email enquiry, received a response within 24hr and had a chat with Paul Toner at Newcastle Lookers Vw. He couldn't have been more helpful with my enquiries. Ran through several options that was available to purchase my car. Once agreed we arranged collection. I travelled down from Glasgow to collect it and on the day met a very friendly environment. Was handed the keys to take it out for a test drive and returned with a smile on my face wanting to take it home. After minimum paperwork due to completing the majority of it online prior to arrival Paul then took my car off for final inspection and a full tank of fuel for my drive home. It's been almost 4 weeks now and the smile still remains when I drive it. Would certainly return for an upgrade in a few years.

Excellent service from walking through the door to returning home with our car. Michael C. at VW Lookers Scotswood Road branch made the experience stress free and as smooth as possible. Very attentive in going through suitable options and keeping us up-to-date with everything. Exceptional customer service skills. Our car was transported safely from another branch and absolutely spotless. Highly recommend this branch as all staff have been amazing!
