We dealt with Jonathan who is really easy to work with and helped us get the car we wanted at a great price and super quickly - this is the second car we’ve bought from him and we’d definitely come back and recommend to others!

Such an easy & problem free process from beginning to end So easy to deal with & all staff are friendly & approachable. Claire kept me fully updated throughout. Needed further work done & again Claire kept me updated & booked me back in as soon as the lease company authorised the work. No issues or bad feedback at all

I wanted to experience a used ID3 to see if it was worth considering for my next car. The entrance door to the used section was closed so we had to use another. I was greeted okay and allowed a test drive, surprisingly unaccompanied. I was aware that the ID3 has a reputation for poor switchgear and poor software and wanted to check it for myself so see if it was tolerable - I’ve since seen that WhatCar describes it as diabolical. I wasn’t shown how to use any of the switches despite asking, effectively discouraging me. I enjoyed the drive but couldn’t progress without assessing the switches and software. Overall, the car is probably a bad purchase compared to other brands because of its issues.
