Rachel was very helpful and attentive. She was able to resolve a minor issue with the vehicle which was not included with the service and went out of her way to do this. I was very happy with the service support that I received.

Overall I like driving a Golf but I am not keen on the new digital controls, the fact that it locks all doors automatically when driving off and the fact that the wing mirrors no longer fold in when the door is locked…removing that wing mirror facility is a detrimental step ….and it was not possible to spec that as the car was already in the making. Even if it had been possible to do so the cost of £500 is extortionate… to remove something and charge that is disingenuous, especially when the car itself is so expensive to start with. I will think twice about buying a Golf when I come to change this one…I know other car dealers provide the automatic wing morritpr feature.
