Warren was really great to work with, I was updated throughout the entire process on everything. From when the vehicle been delivered to when it went to the body shop etc. Id highly recommend working with both Warren and this Dealership.

The whole process was seem less. Michael Cunningham the sales man was helpful, friendly and kept in touch during the whole process

On our first visit the sales person we had an appointment with was tied up on a call. In the interim we were offered a drink & then the male manager struck up conversation with my husband about car we were interested in as we waited. When the sales person arrived (female) her manager continued to talk to my husband to the point where I felt I had to interrupt so that the person we had the appointment with could take over. I really felt that if we had been meeting a man the manager would have stepped aside far more quickly. This is only a small thing in our experience but I feel very strongly that as a woman I encounter this sort of unthinking behaviour all the time & am always disappointed when I witness it. The car industry has a poor reputation as far as the female experience is concerned & while you can't change the behaviour of your customers you should be able to change that of your employees & a manager should be leading by example.
