In for its first MOT. Price not really competitive , little bit expensive ,don’t mind paying a premium for a service to a main dealer, but a safety check a bit much in my opinion.

I usually find buying a car a daunting experience due to the hard sales push from the sales team. However I have nothing but praise for everyone I encountered whilst buying my new car and would thoroughly recommend anyone looking to purchase to go to vw lookers on scotswood road. The advice I received was honest, trustworthy and practical, the team listened to my needs and recommended based on them. Chris was able to organise a test drive on the same day as I went into the branch which was brilliant as it saved me coming back. James was fantastic at keeping me in touch with the whole process even when there was very little to update me on. Chris and James worked fantastically together to ensure that my car arrived on time and we’re able to work together with the rest of the team to organise a quick turn around once the car arrived. James also made me aware if I was unable to reach either that Gav would be aware of my purchase and able to answer any questions, which was great as it meant I always had a point of contact in if I had any questions. On collection the personal touches made buying the allspace feel extra special and it was a easy smooth process. I feel that the service I received was 10/10 and I have nothing but fantastic praise for everyone I encountered - but special mentions to James and Chris for all their help!!

Vehicle in for warranty service plan check.No need for video.The staff were absolutely superb and I am so chuffed with how I was looked after, kept informed and given a highly professional service.This is only the second time I’ve been to your centre.
