Matthew was absolutely amazing from looking for a car, to the handover. I had been looking for 3 months for my perfect car and Matthew made that happen!He was so patient and kept me up to date with cars that came into stock.After handover I received emails from Matthew to check I was still happy with the car!Thank you very much to Matthew and the team at Lookers Newcastle. Had my vehicle collected & dropped off, really lovely polite gentleman who introduced himself & explained everything. Lady called me later in the day to let me know my service was complete & my car was on its way back to me. Car was delivered & parked exactly where it was collected from by the same lovely gentleman. Work is unfinished due to delay in parts and specialised tooling required to complete the repairs. Dealer communication has been very good, extending the hire vehicle and in setting up the VW service plan today. Thank you Rachel 👍

James was first class from day 1 of me walking into the showroom no question was stupid and he put me at ease immediately exposing everything to me with no undue pressure. It was a real pleasure doing business he kept me updated throughout the process and waiting time for delivery and I want to thank him very much for his excellent customer service.
