Absolutely brilliant experience as I always receive from Lookers VW Scotswood Road. I think during Covid the regular, videos, texts and email worked extremely well. They really put their customers first. Chris Blight and James Coulson an absolute credit to themselves and the business. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

We couldn’t book the MOT and service together as there wasn’t a courtesy car. So we had to get the MOT from another garage. The lady who dealt with us was very helpful, polite and friendly. Thank you.
