First time EV buyers/drivers might benefit from a test drive in the company of one of the sales team who is fully conversant with the vehicle, to explain what it is capable of and help familiarise the potential new owners with what they are buying into. Overall the staff at Lookers whom I have had contact with have been very helpful and have quickly followed up and answered my queries since ordering and subsequently taking delivery of our ID.3
