Really like the fact there was a video footage of the car after the initial enquiry. Makes it so much better than just looking at the photos on the website and was more personalised. Everyone was super friendly and everyone was obsessed with our little 11 month old girl. Peter was so lovely and gave her lookers soft doggy toy to keep her occupied & she love it! Highly recommend their service

Helpful and responsive service throughout. Consistently offer a high level of service. There was change in sales staff early on in my current transactions with Lookers. Scott informed me of this change and from there on managed this process extremely well, maintained regular , friendly communication with me throughout. Thank you to him and also to Lauren for setting up the Dashboard for me.After purchasing my car I had a concern about VW no longer including a fitted a spare tyre in the car. Really great video of the vehicle which would make me much more comfortable buying at distance from Lookers. Michael Cunningham was helpful throughout, we are still looking for a vehicle and check back on your website. Only negative was that trade in value for my car was quite low, I have actually sold my car now (trade) for £2000 more than offered.

Rachael’s customer service is outstanding.

I think the video and progress messages are a waste of time and an irritation to receive messages that tell you nothing is wrong. Can’t fault communications with the real people.
