The service received from the Service Manager (Claire) and the lady on the front desk (also Claire) was excellent overall. However, following the service the car leaked oil from the sump which was disappointing as exactly the same thing had happened the previous year (2021) at the same workshop.When returning the vehicle the following day I met with the Service Manager to explain my concerns. She explained that an investigation would take place, the vehicle repaired and appropriate action taken if anyone was found to be negligent.The Service Manager phoned me back personally later that day to explain what the fault had been and that the repair had been effected.I am happy that the issue was dealt with professionally and to my satisfaction by this lady (not so much whoever did the original service ...). I consider myself a good customer of this dealership as I have purchased both my vehicles (Polo and Tiguan) from them in the last three years or so, with Service Plans for both, which has cost me a considerable amount of money.

Everything is perfect only thing I was disappointed in was to find I need a cambelt change soon I havnt had the car a year yet but would of thought it was to get sorted before selling the car with it being a main dealership.

Tyre pressure warning light came on within 1minute of leaving the garage on checking the pressure the front tyre had only 21psi.. I would have expected that to have been checked. Also, given an Amber for 4 front tyre tread and back stated as 7. Again on checking front tread was 7 and back was 10. Nothing major but for money spent I'd expect this to be correct.
