Jane was great. Very helpful and phoned to update myself with the issue. Car seems to be ok but with water ingress we will see how we get on. Any issues I have I would have no issue with bringing back in as the service is wonderful.

Usual great experience with VW. The staff are brilliant, Clare was awesome and a credit to the company. The only thing I'd say is my brother through Audi got his car hoovered after his service. It would be ace if VW did this.
