James Coulson was excellent throughout! Provided all the relevant information when we were ordering the vehicle, no hard sales push which was great. He kept us informed of progress throughout and when I collected the car he gave an excellent overview/demonstration of all the vehicle features. Just a big thank you to James!!

Very friendly team. The video tour of the cars is a great addition! A few hiccups during the collection but all sorted from the salesperson who did his best to make it still a good experience. I wish I had been offered a service plan rather than having to ask about one as I was collecting my car/about to drive off and then chasing it up the following week as I hadn’t heard anything, but all been arranged now.Overall wouldn’t hesitate to reccomend Lookers - also love the lookers vw keyring!

My car came in from a recovery vehicle, having broken down after pothole damage. You were super busy so I knew my car would have to wait. However, Jane Skelton kept updating me which I really appreciated, I wasn’t just left waiting not knowing what was happening. Great to deal with just Jane and not a different person each time. Jane was brilliant, great customer service. You exceeded my expectations by having the work completed earlier than expected, so a massive THANK YOU!! After what started out as stressful circumstances, I had complete confidence with Lookers that my car was in good hands!!
