I was surprised and disappointed that a key part of my Tiguan (bought from yourselves) failed with only 45,000 miles on the clock. I thought VW SUVs were more reliable. I would appreciate more guidance on this.

Friendly staff and comfortable environment to sit and wait while the car was serviced, car complete and back with me in a little over 2 hrs. Much better than previous experiences at other service suppliers where my car was away all day.
