This was a good experience. The team (mainly Scott Young) was friendly, helpful and well informed. I was kept up to date with all progress. I spoke to two others apart from Scott who were also really good to deal with. The car delivery/swap worked well. The car was immaculate. Well done Scott !!

Service given to me by Lookers has always been first class. I have been coming to Lookers (previously Benfield) for many many years now and am always looked after very well. All service advisors have been very helpful but in particular, Jane Skelton, who, in my opinion is a huge asset to Lookers.
