Superior experience,

I was in the market for another car and I had previously viewed quite a few used cars. I had spotted a car I liked the look of online at Lookers, I phoned to make an enquiry and spoke to a friendly salesman to arrange a viewing. On my visit to Lookers Newcastle, I immediately noticed a great range of quality and in excellent condition used cars. The car I wanted to view was on the forecourt and easily accessible for me to view before being greeted by the salesman Scott. After a brief chat, I was offered a test drive of the car. During the test drive I decided it was the car I wanted to buy and on return to the showroom I was again greeted by Scott. We then talked and I was given all the details regarding the car, the sales process and also how Lookers will prepare and service to their exacting standard . All questions I gave were answered to my satisfaction, I then agreed to purchase and I paid a small deposit to secure the car. The sales process and relevant paperwork was all easily sorted online. I was also given regular update phone calls and emails during the process and of the cars preparation. On the day of collection, I was again greeted by Scott and shown my car. The standard of service and preparation by Lookers was excellent and the car was gleaming inside and out. I'm 100% happy with my purchase.
