After a very bad experience at Lookers general manager at Blackpool and the used car sales manager at Lookers Silverlink North Shield I found the staff at Lookers Scotswood Road excellent, customer focused, supportive and helpful.

I used my mobile so that may have been the problem rather than a pc but it didn’t work fully . Not awful though.Good communication from Rachel Scott on service desk and prompt attention from workshop and showroom.
