I only used the online service for checking in so it’s the score for that. Good front of house staff. Could definitely feel a difference in the vehicle after servicing. Appreciated the vacuuming of the interior and cleaning of the rubber foot mats. A change of brake fluid and air con service was recommended and was fitted in on the same day.

From arriving at reception until picking up my car had a good experience, comfortable seating, coffee on tap. I asked Amy if she could arrange to have my new iPhone connected to the infotainment system and she arranged a technician to sort it for me. All round good customer experience.
