I got all the information requested but was a little disappointed with both the price and lack of any desire to actually try and sell me a vehicle.

This car was sold as having a working Sat Nav but as soon as I left the showroom it was obvious it wasn't working. I flagged this up at the time but was told it just needed an upgrade. As I live in Scotland I thought I'd wait for the car's first service to bring it in and get it looked at but I was told I'd be charged for a diagnostic. As the car was sold as having a working Sat Nav I feel it is your responsibility to sort the problem rather than charge me additional fees.

It was Lookers Carlisle not Newcastle but doesn’t give that option the car was delivered to my home while I was away on my return the following day I noticed the front near side tyre looked low pressure I took it back to the VW garage but because they are now owned by Lloyds they couldn’t help other than putting some air in and saying there was a bulge. It went down again so I’ve had to get the tyre replaced and they also say the rear near side tyre is very close to regulation tread depth.

I purchased my car at Lookers VW Newcastle upon Tyne last year. At the time it was a three years old with a low mileage in very good condition and still had that "new car smell" which was lovely. I have just had the car serviced and MOT at Lookers Scotswood Road, Newcastle upon Tyne. The car was serviced and MOT completed and air conditioning serviced. The car was also washed and the interior cleaned. I don't know whether the vacuum cleaner used at the time had some kind of deodorising system but the smell in the car now is awful. I don't want to complain I just want to give some feedback.

I didn’t come over to test drive I cancelled as I was poorly

Overall experience on the phone and in the showroom was awful. The sales man Dan was meant to call me back with a price for my car (said 2 hours) 24 hours later I rang, Dan was busy but caller said he would ring me back he did 2 hours later and asked what he could help with....eh the price for my car....Dan forgot and then rang back 20.mins later and said my details had been wiped to price the car but gave me a figure which he based on we buy any car. We then travelled to Newcastle on Thursday 2nd April to view 2 cars. We were in the cars in the boots walked the outside forecourt and in the showroom twice with numerous staff mulling about and we were approached by 1 person asking if they could help we said we wanted to see th colours in person of 2 vehicles and he then kept walking. The cars were priced £2k more in the showroom! Dan then rang me on Sat 4th April to see if we had thought any more about the vehicle (too which i had already told Dan when I eventually got a price for my car that it wasn't enough) I also mentioned the £2k price increase to which his response was they were so busy and the in store prices had not been changed. The 10 or 12 staff we seen on our visit had ample time to change them as they were not trying to sell us a car. Very disappointing when we were looking to buy a car at almost £36k. Which I may add at the time of getting a price for my car was valued on we buy any car at £29.5k. Overall experience was awful.

We had an excellent experience, however the car we were lookingAt would have been too expensive to tax.

I had my bonnet repaired to a poor standard my o/s/r door handle is been painted under warranty but I am not very happy at all with repair.
