The service at Lookers was excellent from start to finish. Michael and the team were all so lovely to me even when I was nervous taking the car out for a test drive as I hadn’t driven in a little while. Michael made note of all my concerns with the car (mainly small scuffs and marks) and got those all sorted. Michael kept in touch while we sorted out the finance and answered all my queries straight away over the phone and email. On collection day, he had the car cleaned and ready to go when I arrived. A smooth and hassle free purchasing experience - thank you to Michael and the Lookers VW team!

On line check in was easy to follow everything from booking ,through reception, and to picking car up, was an easy process Was told by video as to what to expect on arrival, which was helpful. Service reception was welcoming and efficient, and I was asked if I had any further questions
