Very easy to book in and check in. Jane communicated with me all day when my car was in, explained everything and helped fit the work in, even later in the day.Jane was very helpful from start to finish, going above and beyond to get the work done in time for me to collect my car before going away

The service at Lookers was excellent from start to finish. Michael and the team were all so lovely to me even when I was nervous taking the car out for a test drive as I hadn’t driven in a little while. Michael made note of all my concerns with the car (mainly small scuffs and marks) and got those all sorted. Michael kept in touch while we sorted out the finance and answered all my queries straight away over the phone and email. On collection day, he had the car cleaned and ready to go when I arrived. A smooth and hassle free purchasing experience - thank you to Michael and the Lookers VW team!
