Checking in online makes arrival much quicker and easier. It’s very handy having your MOT details sent over for you to review work and the online process checker was helpful to, in order to keep an eye on the progress of my booking. My experience at Lookers was nice and smooth, MOT/service and communication was prompt. Some extra work needed on the car was organised promptly, with no pressure from Amy or the team for added extras etc. Amy asked what I wanted repaired/seen to, discussed prices of new tyres etc and my car was sorted/repaired the next day. Communication was great, via phone and email to ensure all was in order (invoices etc).

Two representatives made contact (one for sales one for trade-in valuation) very quickly and offered early appointmemts

I was greeted on entry and then discussed the requirements of the service. I received updates and a video assessment of the underside of the vehicle. I was informed when the car was ready. I collected. All went without and hitches. The service department staff were very good.

Michael took his time to show me all the features in the car and answered any questions I had.

Checking in was ok, but as I didn't use the booking system I can't comment on that. Efficient 'check in' process, friendly and informative staff, kept informed of progress, car ready earlier than expected.
