Easy to use and I am 70 year old. Some online systems are rubbish to use . System works like clockwork ! Good idea using feedback using mechanic video .... the only time I see under the car.

Excellent attentive staff who answered my questions. Thank you Excellent attentive staff. The only slight problem was with the video the car mechanic spoke too fast for me. He mentioned my tyre cracked. Would be useful if I could see it on the video (if possible). I wasn’t sure if it cracked inside where I can’t see or outside.

Gave me wrong time again Door seal wasn’t fitted correctly but someone came out and sorted. Hope it stays on!!!
