Excellent customer service. Easy check-in, good communications, and great technical service

I was welcomed on arrival by the Manager, New Car Sales and introduced to a Motability Specialist member of staff, who was familiar with and well informed about the vehicle model that is of interest to me. A vehicle was made available for me to check suitability for loading a handcycle and for comfort, although a test drive was not possible, as I need hand-controls to be fitted.

The car smelt of smoke and we had to return it for treatment. However we received excellent service from Simon Dixon in this matter and in all other aspects of the sale.

Staff were superb kept me up to date throughout my visit how long it would take.

Very pleased to deal with your sales person Mike Cunningham. Easy to deal with, just straightforward facts n figures. He kept me up to speed with what was happening just as I expected him to. No dancing around not answering questions directly, unlike your Volvo neighbours!
