I was greeted on entry and then discussed the requirements of the service. I received updates and a video assessment of the underside of the vehicle. I was informed when the car was ready. I collected. All went without and hitches. The service department staff were very good.

Checking in was ok, but as I didn't use the booking system I can't comment on that.Efficient 'check in' process, friendly and informative staff, kept informed of progress, car ready earlier than expected.
