Claire Johnson was very helpful and very happy and informative the couple of times I was in touch with her through out the day. Evenmore when I found out that on the 11th of December, same day people found out they were losing their jobs, I couldn't tell before I heard of it in the news as Claire didn't show this at all. Wonderful team.
