I found my reception friendly and efficient without being thought of as "just another customer". The receptionist had a systems problem when I left and could not print out all the paper work I should have had. She dealt with the problem calmly (she must have been a bit frustrated inside!) and promised that it would come by post when available - it did, twenty four hours later by first class mail. Very efficient.

when booking service, I was unaware at first that I had been connected to a call centre and not my local garage even though I had rung the contact number for my local garage

As always, great service from all the staff at Lookers Northallerton. However, whoever put together the e-mail which sent the link for this survey needs to proof read before sending - check the grammar - it doesn't make sense.
