Fantastic test drive in the ID3, Lee Larkin was superb. So much so that when we finally decide it’s time to buy an EV we will contact him again.

Very happy with my service experience and Deborah explained everything very clearly. My only comment would be that when I purchased the vehicle the salesperson should have explained the front tyres on the pre owned vehicle were, in fact, winter tyres. This only came to light with service feedback that the covers were extremely worn. A quick Google and I found out winter tyres are only supposed to be used in sub 7 deg. C conditions and anything over that temperature makes them soft and liable to earlier than normal deterioration. I had been running these tyres over summer so a bit disappointed with that lack of information from the original sale. This is (at least) our fourth car from Lookers and I've always been happy with the service from the sales and service team. I'm putting this down to maybe a lack of experience on the salesperson's part and maybe me not asking enough questions about the car but TBH I'm not a tyre expert, I just get in and drive them. Now on my third Passat estate (after having three Audi A4 estates and two VW Golf estates) and so I think I know what I like.

Great service and friendliness from everyone - Receptionist, Manager, the staff in general and last but not least - Chris - our lovely salesman who has guided us through a number of sales over the past years. Nothing is too much trouble for any of the team and importantly there is never any pressure. The dealership is clean bright and welcoming. Always a good experience.

Extremely helpful staff and honest on prices as I can sourse the vehicle elsewhere a lot cheeper after I told them the price I was quoted.
