All staff excellent especially the salesman who was very knowledgable and pleasant and answered all questions thrown at him. However, the sales manager must be a hermit; he never left his office to say hello, or greet us in any way whatsoever. Maybe, if we had spent more than £23,000, he might have bothered to stick his head out and say hello. Never mind, the salesman made up for manager’s bad manners and looked after us.

Unfortunately the car that I was looking to buy, iE4 would not be available for at least 40 weeks and I don't see that improving over the next couple of months. Question 6 answer was not a reflection of the salesperson but because of the long waiting time.

Excellent communication and kept up to date on progress

A agreed to buy the service plan but there has been a hitch with the fact that my VW registration does not tally with some central data base and therefore it is stating that my vehicle isn't a Volkswagen. Up to just over a week ago I think it was Dawn (?) who was trying to resolve the problem but I have heard nothing since. An update on progress would be welcome. I will communicate with the service area at Northallerton in addition to this survey to find our more.
