James Fawcett was absolutely amazing from the order for the new car to organizing the MOT for the Polo I had agreed to trade in when the new car was delayed. He kept us in the loop every step of the way with efficiency and friendliness!

I was looked after by Jack ( northallerton lookers )who was a credit to your company, no pressure, very helpful and was a very positive person to deal with , nothing was to much trouble and although the vehicle wasn't quite what I was looking for ,Jack still followed through a couple of days later to see if he could help any further. This has been my 2nd visit to lookers in about 2 months and was looked after by Chris Howarth the 1st time and had a similar experience from him also . We just need to get the right car and deal right .
