Would prefer when booking always to speak directly to Northallerton Service Reception staff, who are a credit to Lookers Northallerton, rather than a call centre. Also please bring back courtesy cars at the soonest opportunity!

CANNOT UNDERSTAND WHY YOU ARE UNABLE TO WASH THE CAR BEFORE BEING RETURNED. OUTSIDE WORK SHOULD NOT INCREASE THE RISK OF COVID! IT WAS A NICE BONUS.
